APRIL GNO is going to be on the 2nd Thursday of the Month.
We are going to have a Pierogi making party!
Here is how it will work:
Diane is going to make a sauerkraut and mushroom filling and I will make a mashed potato and cheese filling. We will be making them a day in advance. If anyone feels like making an additional, different filling, let us know. The night of the party we will be making the dough and filling them and boiling them. We will be using Diane's moms recipe and she may be coming to keep us all in line....Uh-Oh!
Once we get all the ingredients based on how many people are coming, we will just split the cost between everyone coming that night.
Sound good? We will all be going home with some pierogi's of each filling.
I will have some beverages and light nibbles for us as we bake. Feel free to bring an appetizer or something if you would like. Or just show up with your apron on and your money and let's get baking!
If you are bringing some nibbles, just list on here what you are bringing so we don't have duplicates!

Also...bring a rolling pin or any biscuit cutters if you have them. We don't all need to bring one, so don't feel bad if you don't have any of these items. Just let us know if you are bringing them.

Eddie's mom uses glasses to cut the biscuits which I have. We can chose any size since I have lots of different size glasses. But bring a Large pot and rolling pin if You have one.
